RETURN POLICY

Parts Zone will refund or replace any defective or non-defective auto parts. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order.
All returns require prior approval; please contact us either by phone or email to receive your approval prior to shipping the item(s).

Please note "Order Number” and "reason for return" within body of the email. Once you have submitted your request we will call or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) followed by an approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Parts Zone is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and order number) on or in the box.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Within 2 weeks of receipt of your order, you may request to return auto parts that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part, all other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued and all applicable sales taxes will be refunded.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Parts Zone will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, rental car expenses, or other additional costs for any reason.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Damages products follow the same return process please indicate "Received Damaged Product" and include details. Please include your Order Number on all correspondence.
